Senior Executive Assistant to a Global Business Leader
Zurich & Basel
We’re conducting a confidential search for an experienced *EA* to support an accomplished international business executive with a broad portfolio of leadership, governance, and external commitments. Given the seniority and complexity of this role, we can only consider candidates who meet the following criteria:
✓ 15+ years of experience supporting the C-suite in a large-scale organization.
✓ Understanding of executive office operations and corporate structures.
✓ Fluent English and German.
✓ Significant experience managing complex calendars and global travel.
✓ A proven track record in organizing large-scale leadership meetings.
✓ Flexibility to travel occasionally.
✓ Willingness to support an international agenda across time zones.
✓ Willingness to support activities outside regular office hours.
✓ Exceptional responsiveness, discretion, and attention to detail.
✓ Residence in the Greater Zurich or Basel area; Swiss work authorization.
