This primarily remote position demands flexibility to handle both personal errands and business-related tasks in the Greater Zurich and Zug areas. Key Responsibilities 360°Executive Principal Support
Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and handle personal administrative tasks.
Process payments, monitor expenses, and assist with budgeting.
Project Management
Act as a point of contact for external stakeholders and partners, particularly in travel-related projects, e.g., coordinating with travel companies and suppliers.
Oversee media relations and curate exclusive travel experiences.
Real Estate Management
Oversee Airbnb properties, including booking management, tenant relations, and collaboration with real estate agencies.
Coordinate maintenance schedules and oversee renovation projects.
Family Office Support
Provide discreet assistance with both personal and business-related tasks.
